Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we typically begin processing within 24 hours. Due to demand and order volume, it can take up to 48 hours to prepare your Aurora Snowfall™ projector for shipping. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Time
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 6–10 business days
International: 8–12 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Methods
We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, and express shipping is offered for an additional fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time. We're not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit, but if yours hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us at grupni11@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
